I want to capture your Wedding and Personality as it really was. So wether it's photo or video, I shoot documentary style. I'm a fly on the wall. ...Until I need to break out my Director's hat. Then I can pull out the different poses, instruct and position an entire crowd for group photos (I definitely have a loud enough voice for that), and make sure every moment is captured--all while remaining personable and friendly.

But what I truly love to capture is the involuntary smiles. The moments where you couldn't help but cheese from ear to ear, or let out a huge laugh. The moments of pure joy...

And don't let my documentary style scare you. The videos are polished, and the photos are meticulously airbrushed in a way that no one but you and I will notice!

I'm based in Dunkirk, NY 14048! It's a cozy little town...but there's very few wedding venues here. Therefore, I travel for almost every Wedding. Each package has 120 miles of round trip travel included. If your venue is further, we add the extra miles to your package using the current IRS mileage rate. If it's a 12 hour wedding, plus over two hours of driving, I may require a hotel room. (I try to just drink extra coffee and skip the hotel...because... I hate sleeping without my wife and dog.)

For any shoot, I guarantee 40+ pictures per hour. For 12 hours of wedding coverage, you will receive AT LEAST 480 fully edited images. Why so many? Well...I shoot more than I need to make sure no moments are missed. Then I try to narrow all the photos down to the best of the best. However...I don't want to eliminate too many, because I'll always remember sitting with my mother for Wal Mart / JC Penny's Family Photos. She would notice the slightest of differences between pictures. Moreover, she would always have a reason for picking a different image than I did. She liked the perfectly posed photos. I liked the imperfect photos. The silly, fun, between-poses-photos. Maybe you'll only print one... maybe you'll print all of them! But I captured those moments for you...and I want you to have them!

Great Question! My Wedding Package is a one-size-fits-all, worry free, best deal I could make, "Unlimited" style package. (Sorry for the run on sentence!) If you need me there all day--I'll be there! If you only need me there for Ceremony and the beginning of Reception--I'll be there! For editing, I've repeatedly found that 75-90% of the work comes from the middle four hours of the day. (Ceremony & Reception's main events.) Having me there before and after usually adds minimal time to the editing process. If you'd like, we can always try making a custom package that is more tailored to your needs!
