Your Wedding Coverage, Explained
Wedding Photography & Videography is my full time job. Here's how I help you plan for the day, capture it, and give you something to come back to.
Full Day Coverage — Up to 12 Hours
I don't want you worrying about whether I'll be there for the moments that matter to you. And I don't want you looking back, regretting that I wasn't there for something you wish we'd captured.
In my experience, about 80% of the photos and video come from the middle four hours of a wedding day. That's why I charge a day rate instead of treating every hour the same.
Standard and Premium include up to 12 hours at a day rate. We'll plan that coverage around the moments that matter to you, so you know what will be captured. Essential includes up to 6 hours.
Planning Together
We'll talk before you book to make sure we're a good fit. Then, one to two weeks before your wedding, we'll go through the final timeline, important people and moments you want captured. You tell me what matters. I'll know what to look for.
Your Engagement Shoot
Your engagement shoot is complimentary with Premium PHOTO and Premium BOTH packages. There is no fee built into the package for it. I offer this because I want you to feel confident that you'll love working with me and love the photos you receive. It's a chance to experience both before your wedding!
The Team Behind Your Day
PHOTO and VIDEO each include 2 professionals in every tier. BOTH brings 3 professionals with Essential or Standard, and 4 with Premium. The full team is there for your package's coverage, up to 6 or 12 hours.
Professional Equipment
With Standard and Premium VIDEO or BOTH, we’re there to document your wedding. With three Netflix-approved cameras and 32-bit float audio recording, we approach your day like a professional documentary crew—capturing the vows, speeches and moments as they unfold throughout the day.
The goal is to preserve more than how your wedding looked. We want you to hear the voices, follow the story, and experience the day again.
Lighting for Your Day
Essential uses natural light. Standard and Premium include professional lighting. Any venue, any weather — no worries.
The Finishing Details
Essential includes 400 photos with PHOTO or 600 with BOTH, with no editing. Standard includes 600 photos with PHOTO or 800 with BOTH, with professional editing and minor cleanup, such as removing a softbox that enters the frame. Premium includes 800 photos with PHOTO or 1,000 with BOTH, with editing, airbrushing and detailed cleanup on every delivered photo: removing clutter, unwanted people in the background, exit signs, and temporary facial scratches, cuts or pimples. You’ll look good without looking fake.
